"The Contract Was Fine, But I Definitely Spiraled a Bit"
I signed up with Vonage the contract was mostly straightforward. The main terms were clear enough, so I didn’t feel like I was decoding ancient scrolls or anything. That said, a couple of the fees had me staring at the page like, “Wait, what is happening here?” for longer than I’d like to admit. It wasn’t a disaster, but I did briefly act like I needed a law degree. I do wish the cancellation details were easier to understand instead of making me hunt around for the important stuff. Overall, it was okay.

I’ve been using Vonage voicemail for my small work calls, it’s been really easy to deal with. Messages come through fast, and I can listen right from my phone without hunting around for anything, which is exactly what I wanted??

Setting up the greeting was simple too. It’s not flashy or complicated, but that’s kind of the point, right?? It just works, helps me keep track of missed calls, and saves me from accidentally letting things slip.

"Not gonna lie, the CRM setup was painless"
Not gonna lie, getting this set up with Salesforce was way easier than I expected. Calls show up where they’re supposed to, and it’s already saving me time not having to enter everything manually.

"Pretty clear pricing overall!!"
Vonage was easy to figure out pricing-wise!! The main monthly cost was clear, and I really liked being able to see what the add-ons would cost before I made any decisions... that made it feel a lot less confusing.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because some of the fees and taxes still didn’t really show up clearly until checkout!! Not a huge deal or anything, but it would definitely be nicer to see all of that upfront!!!

The sales call was easy and straightforward. They walked me through the pricing, the contract details, and what was included without making me feel pressured. "Admin portal is surprisingly easy to navigate"
I’ve been using the Vonage admin portal for a bit now, i kept waiting for it to get annoying or confusing, but it really hasn’t. Adding users, adjusting call settings, and checking numbers are all straightforward, without having to dig through a million menus.

I’m not exactly a tech person, so I’m always a little suspicious when a system claims to be “simple,” but most things were actually where I expected them to be. There were a couple small hiccups when I first started, though nothing serious. Overall, it saves me time and does what I need it to do.

Not gonna lie, the app does what I need most of the time, but it’s been feeling slow lately. I’ve also had a few calls drop here and there, which can get annoying.

"Decent service, but the price adds up"
Vonage works fine for what I need, and I don’t really have many issues with the service most days. That said, once the extra fees get added in, the price feels a little higher than I’d like. It’s not bad, but I’m not totally convinced it’s the best value out there.

Overall, the video meetings are clear, which is the main thing I care about. It does lag on me sometimes, though, not constantly, but enough that I notice it here and there. Still, for the most part, it gets the job done

"Desktop app has been running smoothly for me"
I’ve been using Vonage on my work desktop for calls most days, and it’s been solid so far. The app opens quickly, doesn’t really freeze, and the audio stays clear even when I’ve got a bunch of tabs open (which is basically always). I did run into one weird update issue, but a quick restart fixed it, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I’ve had a solid experience with Vonage overall. Getting set up was quick, and I didn’t feel like I had to be super technical to figure things out. The dashboard is laid out clearly enough that I could find what I needed without wasting a bunch of time. Calls and basic settings have been straightforward and dependable. There were a couple of options I had to pause on at first, but nothing that caused any real problems. So far, it feels like a tool I can trust to keep things moving and save me time

I signed up for Vonage because I needed to get a small office phone setup going quickly. I was expecting it to eat up most of my afternoon, but it ended up being much simpler than that.

The setup steps were clear enough, and I got the app installed and the numbers working without having to contact support. I did stop and double-check a couple things along the way, but nothing was really confusing.

I’ve only been using it for a few days, so I can’t speak to everything yet, but so far there haven’t been any problems. Just based on how easy the setup was, I’d give it 5 stars.

"Scaled with us without a hassle"
We started out with just a couple of lines, then kept adding more as the team got bigger. it never felt like some huge project every time we needed to make a change, which was a relief. Vonage has been easy to manage, and so far it’s kept up with our business just fine.

"Texts just work the way they should"
We’ve been using the SMS service for a while now, and it’s been really reliable. Messages go out quickly, and we haven’t had issues with random texts disappearing or not being delivered. It just does what we need it to do without any hassle.

I’ve been using Vonage for a while now, and for the most part the billing has been accurate. The monthly charges are usually what I expect, so I don’t really have any major complaints there...
Every now and then, though, I’ve noticed a fee or tax that didn’t quite look right, and I had to reach out to support to figure out what it was. It’s not a huge deal, but I’ve learned it’s worth looking over the invoice instead of just assuming everything is correct...

“YES, a company called Voiply. Funny name but had great reviews and I am 1/2 the cost of Vonage's lowest price plan. Has all the bells and whistles which I don't even need. You have to fish around on their website to get residential service over business service but it is worth it. I even just transferred my number from Vonage. Very happy I did.”
